We want you to be happy with CarCareTaker. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for CarCareTaker Pro subscriptions sold by Kilele Group LLC. Prices and billing periods are shown at checkout.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account, or by emailing us. When you cancel:
- You will not be charged again.
- You keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Yearly plan
- 14-day money-back guarantee. If CarCareTaker isn't right for you, request a refund within 14 days of your first yearly payment and we will refund it in full. No questions asked.
- Renewals. We email you a reminder before your yearly subscription renews. If you are charged for a renewal you didn't want, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge for a full refund.
- After these windows, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal.
Monthly plan
- Monthly payments are non-refundable, and we don't give refunds or credits for partial months.
- Courtesy refund. If you contact us within 48 hours of your first monthly charge, or of a renewal charge you forgot to cancel, we will refund that charge.
Problems on our end
If you were charged in error, charged twice, or couldn't use the App because of a problem on our side, contact us and we will make it right, including a refund where appropriate.
How to request a refund
Email contact@kilelegroup.com from the email address on your account, and include the date of the charge. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually resolve it faster.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect when you made your payment applies to that payment.
